GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
Dear business partner and customer,

the European Union has launched an European Data Protection Regulation, which comes into effect on May 25th 2018. This regulation shall assure that personal data shall be handled and treated in future even safer and more transparent than before. This regulation is applicable for all companies registered in the European Union. As per Article n. 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation, your data will be processed in the manner and for the following purposes:

2. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS
We process the following personal data about you, which we collect directly from you: corporate name and address, your personal last name and given name, your email address and telephone number. With regard to your company it is possible that there are also additional sets of contact data in case they were given to us, for example Bank Details useful to process our orders.

3. RECIPIENTS OF DATA
We may disclose your personal data to various recipients in connection with the above purposes, including companies we work with, such as suppliers, sub-suppliers, transporters, customers and entities for the management of fiscal documentation. There are certain circumstances where we will transfer your personal data outside of the European Union to a country which is not recognized by the European Commission as providing an equivalent level of protection for personal data as is provided for in the European Union.

4. RETENTION
We retain your personal data in accordance with our record retention policy. The record retention policy operates on the principle that we manage personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it, and in accordance with any requirements that are imposed on us by law. This means that the retention period for your personal data will depend on the defined time for data storage and it is 3 years.
